we have just completed our special effects projects. here is a video of my final render. its not the greatest due to rendering issues causing textures to wack out as you may notice at the start. apart from that i think i got the atmosphere that i was aiming for.

nice job but y do u end it going through the light could have just ended it with a bright light and thats it but other then that looking good
Really like the atmosphere you created here feels very organic. Have to agree with the previous comment though why end it by intersecting though the light.

thanx guys, yeah the whole intersecting light thing is the result of issues i had with after effects, i was having resolution errors and had to re render the movie, and i didnt get a chance to add the fade to white (bright light). now i know how to solve the after effects issue when i get the time ill re-export the movie with the proper ending :)
That's actually really damn cool. I agree with the ending bit but I think it's really well done overall.
